Project Overview

AAA Concrete Floors LLC were awarded screeding works of approximately 2400m². This consisted of a 400mm interlocking Polystyrene Void Filler and 100mm AAA Fluid Screed with Power Float Finish. AAA proposed this method due to the core slab being 500mm lower than the final finished floor level.

This exciting new retail outlet will be a part of the Bluewaters Island development. A man-made island off the coast of Jumeirah Beach Residence next to the Dubai Marina. The project consists of almost 200 retail and dining outlets and will be home to the Dubai Eye, the worlds largest observation wheel.
