AAA Concrete Floors LLC were awarded the contract to supply and apply 14000m² of AAA Fluid concrete/screed. Due to the size of the final floor of this project all requiring a carpet finish, it was imperative that our finish was of the highest quality. We achieved this comfortably with an excellent power float finish, delivered before the target completion date.

This prominently situated development is located in between the Sheikh Zayed Road near the Ibn Battuta Mall and the nearby Metro Station. The project included a 14 storey hotel next to the Mall with both structures sharing a basement car park. With the hotel consisting of 372 rooms, lobby and bar area and a swimming pool on the roof.
