This exciting project consisted of over 20000m² of Screeding, 15000m² of Acoustic Underlay, over 8000m² of Waterproofing and 4000m² of Polished Concrete with additional Microtopping projects in the Pool and Spa area.
The 3 sectors hotel is one of the leading hospitality resorts in the region, and provides a cost-effective escape alternative for both tourist and UAE residents. Part of a 5.4 million square metre development at Cityscape Global, The Golf Estates gated community is a combination of villas, townhouses and apartments set on the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course within the The Fairways district.
