What is Floor Screed Underlayment?

Floor Screed Underlayment is the most common method of filling the gap between the structural slab of a building and the designer finishes. It provides a level, smooth platform for the prescribed finished floor ie, marble, ceramic, carpet etc.

Where can I use it?

Any project large or small, from a private villa or small retail outlet, to a multi-level tower, shopping malls and hotels.

What are the options?

• AAA Fluid Concrete Screed with polypropylene fibremesh reinforcement in strengths between 20-40+N/mm2, for single layers between 30-150mm.
• Proprietary Self-Leveling compounds in layers between 0-10mm and 0-30mm depending on the product.
• Proprietary pre-bagged and blended sand & cement screeds where access constraints prevent truck delivery.
